Refund policy

30‑Day Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be:

• unused

• in original packaging

• with all tags/accessories included

How to Return

1. Email us:

Include your order number and the item you want to return.

2. Pack securely:

Use original packaging where possible.

3. Send it back:

Use a tracked service for your protection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing time: 3–5 working days.

Exclusions

We can’t accept returns for:

• used items

• items not in original packaging

• custom or personalised products

• opened consumables (sealant, lube, etc.) unless faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or wrong:

• contact us within 48 hours

• include photos if possible

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

For a different size or product:

• return the original item for a refund

• place a new order for the replacement
